The development combines major residential towers with an activated retail podium and integration with the Parramatta River foreshore, contributing to the transformation of the Parramatta CBD into a major metropolitan residential and commercial centre.

The role focused on the critical completion and handover phase of the development, including authority approvals, building completion, occupancy certification, commissioning and testing, and coordination of the technical and statutory requirements necessary to achieve occupation.

The mandate required close management of consultants, contractors, certifiers and authorities to resolve outstanding completion matters, manage delivery risk and support the transition of a complex high-rise development through final certification and occupation.
