Mixed-use heritage and luxury residential development on Oxford Street, Bondi Junction, combining the refurbishment and retention of the historic Mill Hill Hotel with a new residential tower comprising approximately 90 luxury apartments.

The development comprises approximately 12,000 sqm of GFA across a 1,200 sqm site, with the heritage hotel forming an activated hospitality podium beneath the residential component.

The role included acquisition assessment, development feasibility, capital raising, residential product positioning, and sales and marketing strategy.

The mandate focused on establishing a commercially viable acquisition and development strategy, maximising the value of the site's prominent Bondi Junction location, integrating the heritage hospitality asset with a premium residential product, and positioning the project for successful capital and market outcomes.
