Jeddah Marina District – Waterfront Mixed-Use Urban Master Plan

Major waterfront mixed-use development within Jeddah’s Marina District, comprising approximately 219,000 sqm of GFA across an 81,000 sqm site.

The development is planned as an integrated waterfront destination incorporating approximately 1,150 residential units, luxury hotels, branded residences, waterfront retail and supporting commercial and lifestyle uses.

McGrath PDS supported the development strategy, commercial planning and delivery approach, including masterplan review, development feasibility, product and asset positioning, development staging and assessment of key commercial and delivery considerations.

The mandate focused on optimising the development mix and phasing strategy, aligning the masterplan with market demand and investment objectives, managing development risk and supporting the creation of a commercially viable, high-quality waterfront destination.
