Primus Hotel, Sydney CBD is a heritage-listed five-star hotel within the former Sydney Water Board headquarters, delivered as part of the broader Greenland Centre mixed-use redevelopment. The project involved the adaptive reuse of a significant Art Deco landmark while integrating the hotel with a major residential tower development.

McGrath Advisory led the end-to-end transaction and disposal process, coordinating due diligence, purchaser engagement, FIRB approvals, legal and financier interfaces, tax structuring, construction completion interfaces, title arrangements and commercial close-out to facilitate the successful sale of the hotel asset while preserving value and delivery certainty.
