McGrath PDS led the rezoning and development approval phase, managing feasibility, planning strategy, DA approvals, VPA and PDA coordination, stakeholder engagement and capital strategy.

The engagement focused on securing planning certainty, optimising development outcomes, coordinating key project stakeholders and positioning the project for successful delivery and investment.
